Digital products are kind of like secrets… once you’ve got ’em, they’re yours forever. That’s why all sales at PLR Cookie Jar are final. No refunds, no take-backs, no “oopsies, I changed my mind after downloading 37 files.”

Buuut—if something’s gone wrong, or you’re feeling confused, frustrated, or just plain “meh” about your order? Please reach out to us first.  We’re real humans over here, and we genuinely want you to love what you get. We’re pretty good at solving things with kindness, creativity, and quick replies.

What we don’t love? Surprise chargebacks.

Filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal/Stripe without even emailing first to say hi? That stings. It also comes with hefty fees, paperwork, and enough stress to require a cookie and a nap.

But here’s the bigger issue: too many chargebacks can actually get our Stripe or PayPal accounts frozen—or even shut down completely.

That means we can’t process any payments, for anyone. Which, for a small business like ours? Is kind of a nightmare.

So yeah—it’s not just about the money. It’s the time, stress, and risk involved. All because someone skipped the “send an email” step.
