Smart Cookie Coaching Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Smart Cookie Coaching! By purchasing our coaching services, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a clear and mutually beneficial coaching relationship.
Services Provided
Smart Cookie Coaching offers personalized, day-long coaching sessions conducted via messaging platforms such as Voxer or Facebook Messenger, these messages may include text, voice, and video responses from both parties. Each session spans from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM on the scheduled date, Melissa will respond beginning at 10 AM Est, allowing for flexible, real-time communication.
Booking and Scheduling
- Reservation: Sessions are booked for specific dates. Once a date is reserved, it is exclusively allocated to you and becomes unavailable to other clients.
- Scheduling Window: You have up to six (6) months from the date of purchase to schedule your coaching session.
- Rescheduling: If you need to change your session date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
Fees and Payment
- Payment: All coaching fees are payable in advance at the time of booking.
- No Refund Policy: Due to the exclusive reservation of your chosen date, we maintain a strict no refund policy. This ensures commitment and allows us to manage our availability effectively.
Client Responsibilities
- Preparation: Complete any pre-session questionnaires or forms to help tailor the coaching experience to your specific needs.
- Engagement: Actively participate during the coaching day to maximize the benefits of the session.
- Communication: Ensure timely and open communication, especially if rescheduling is necessary.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will not disclose any information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Smart Cookie Coaching is dedicated to providing valuable guidance and support. However, we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of strategies discussed during sessions. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching agreement within 48 hours of the scheduled service with written notice. However, fees paid are non-refundable, and any unused sessions must be scheduled within the original six-month period.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and scheduling a session with Smart Cookie Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
